Working at height
Upper-floor and roof windows are cleaned with telescopic equipment, from ground level
or from a stable footing. We do not work from ladders set on uneven ground — if access
to a particular window is unsafe, we say so before starting rather than improvising on site.

Not always for the outside. The inside needs access, so it is easiest to book a slot
when someone is in.
What about rain?
Light rain does not affect the result — that comes down to technique, not weather.
In heavy rain or strong wind we move the appointment for safety reasons.
Do you clean shutters and insect screens?
External shutters are wiped from the accessible side. Insect screens can be cleaned separately —
mention it when booking, as they need removing first.
