After the completion of the order, we will automatically create the next one for the same time in one/two or four weeks, depending on your chosen regularity. The same contractor will be assigned to the cleaning (if you rated the cleaning with 5 stars)
After the cleaning is completed, you will receive an SMS with the date and time of the next cleaning (and a link to edit the cleaning parameters). We will also send a cleaning reminder 2 days before the scheduled date
We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time
CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.
CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.
The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).
You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.
How we calculate VAT
CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Disinfection is not the same as cleaning. Cleaning removes visible dirt; disinfection reduces what you cannot see — bacteria, viruses, mould and odour sources. It works best in combination: surfaces are cleaned first and disinfected afterwards, because a product cannot act through a layer of dirt.
The procedure itself is described on the ozone treatment in Krakow page.
Ozone breaks down into oxygen, so it leaves no residue or chemical trace. It reaches wherever air reaches — gaps, wardrobes and ventilation included, which is exactly where a cloth cannot go.
Ozone treatment does not remove the source of a problem. If there is moisture in a wall, mould will return — the cause of the damp has to be dealt with first. It also does not replace cleaning: on a dirty surface its effectiveness drops noticeably. And it is not pest control — insects and rodents need a licensed contractor.
Ozone treatment starts at 200 zł for a property up to 25 m² and rises with area, to 550 zł above 120 m². Surface disinfection is quoted by scope.
The treatment itself is usually somewhere between half an hour and a few hours, depending on volume. Add the pause for the ozone to break down, plus ventilation.
After the treatment, the waiting period and ventilation. We give the exact time on site, as it depends on volume and concentration.
During treatment there must be no people, animals or plants in the room. Once the ozone has broken down to oxygen and the room is aired, it is safe.
It reduces spores in the air and on surfaces, but does not address the cause. Without removing the moisture source, mould comes back.
