After the completion of the order, we will automatically create the next one for the same time in one/two or four weeks, depending on your chosen regularity. The same contractor will be assigned to the cleaning (if you rated the cleaning with 5 stars)
After the cleaning is completed, you will receive an SMS with the date and time of the next cleaning (and a link to edit the cleaning parameters). We will also send a cleaning reminder 2 days before the scheduled date
We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time
CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.
CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.
The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).
You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.
How we calculate VAT
CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

After a flood, time is what counts. Within hours water works into the floor, skirtings and plaster, and mould starts developing after roughly two days of sustained damp. The sooner the property is dried, the smaller the repair job that follows.
The surface dries fastest and gives the impression the problem has passed. In fact the water sits in the levelling layer, the insulation and under the boards. If it is not removed from there, a smell appears within weeks, then mould on the walls — usually in corners and behind furniture, where the air moves least.
When the water came from another flat, documentation matters as much as the cleanup. Before we start, the condition is recorded in photographs — material that helps when settling with the insurer or the building association. We do not produce loss adjuster reports or value the damage; we deal with the consequences.
Once the property is dry it usually still needs disinfection, and where a smell lingers, ozone treatment. Carpets and upholstery are handled under upholstery and carpet cleaning.
Quoted after an inspection — it depends on the area, how deeply things are soaked and whether flooring has to come up. We give the price before work starts.
We try to respond as fast as we can, because here time genuinely matters. For urgent cases please call rather than using the form.
From a few days to over a week, depending on how deep the water went and the humidity. It cannot honestly be compressed into a single visit.
Sometimes, if drying starts quickly. Where water has stood a while the boards swell irreversibly, and we say so plainly rather than prolonging the drying for no result.
Drying and disinfection substantially reduce the risk. If mould has already appeared, removing the visible growth is not enough — the moisture source has to go.
We document the condition beforehand and what was done. Filing the claim and negotiating with the insurer is not something we handle.
