After the completion of the order, we will automatically create the next one for the same time in one/two or four weeks, depending on your chosen regularity. The same contractor will be assigned to the cleaning (if you rated the cleaning with 5 stars)
After the cleaning is completed, you will receive an SMS with the date and time of the next cleaning (and a link to edit the cleaning parameters). We will also send a cleaning reminder 2 days before the scheduled date
We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time
CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.
CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.
The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).
You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.
How we calculate VAT
CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

The stairwell is the first thing anyone entering the building sees — and the first thing raised at the owners' meeting. We run stairwell cleaning in Krakow to a fixed rhythm with a written scope, so there is no argument about what is done and how often.
A weekly rhythm with a slower cycle for seasonal items usually works best: stairs and lift weekly, windows and wall panels quarterly. For buildings with heavy footfall — especially where some flats are let short-term — we move to twice a week.
We quote after a site visit: the number of storeys, the shared floor area, whether there is a lift, and how much outdoor work is involved. The scope goes into a written schedule, so the committee has a document to refer back to rather than a verbal understanding.
Clearing and gritting access paths is the manager's legal duty and gets tested after every significant snowfall. We agree in advance at what hours and at what level of snowfall we attend, so paths are ready before residents leave in the morning.
Buildings with an office or retail element are covered together with office cleaning. After work on the shared areas, the right scope is post-renovation cleaning.
It is quoted individually after a site visit. Storeys, shared floor area, the lift, the amount of outdoor work and the frequency all affect it.
Yes, shared-area cleaning runs under a contract with an agreed schedule and scope.
Yes, bin bags included. All we need is access to a water point.
Yes, as part of the contract. Attendance thresholds during snowfall are agreed up front.
Work follows the written schedule, and the committee can raise specific items against it. On an ongoing contract we send the same team, who know the building.
Yes. With a larger portfolio we schedule so every building is served in the same weekly rhythm.
